These terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally on behalf of an entity and DeTails Toys a division of Botown Inc. concerning your access to and use of the DeTails Toys website as well as any other media form, media channel, website, mobile application related, linked or otherwise connected thereto. You agree that by accessing the site you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of the terms, conditions and disclaimers. If you do NOT agree with all of these then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.
Shipping Policy:
Items usually ship within 3 days. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help!!
Our Standard policy is to hold your order and ship when all items are ready.
International Buyers Please Note: While we do everything we can to minimize such; Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be.
We are not responsible for re-shipping charges or replacement costs for orders lost by or returned to us by your post office/shipping company or Country.
If an item is returned to us by the post office/shipping company/Country and NOT due to a mistake on our part you must supply us with the correct information and pay us to re-ship the item. If you do not wish to reship the item or you fail to respond/provide payment information/contact us about the returned item within 90 days we will issue you a credit minus the original shipping charges and a $35 restocking fee. This credit can be used at any time to purchase goods from DeTails Toys.
Return Policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase we will accept a Return Authorization Request for any unused item for up to 30 days after you receive your order.
No items will be accepted for return after 30 days or if they have been used.
Shipping charges are not refundable when items are returned.
NO ITEMS will be accepted for return without a Return Authorization Number which you can obtain by emailing us at sales@detailstoys.com. If you return an item to us without an authorization number we will charge you a 25% restocking fee.
